I received an email from Bala, who I assume is the CEO. He provides me his cell phone number and tells me to text him when I arrive on the day of the interview. The interview is very casual and is at a Blue Bottle in the city. During the interview, he had seen his friend down the street and paused the interview to text his friend and then briefly greet his friend. I found this disrespectful as a candidate because I had taken time to prepare myself for the interview.

It was very simple and casual, very relaxed. My interview was a coffee chat in a Starbucks. Employer was slightly late but offered to buy coffee. Employer seeking more of a fit than qualities. Did not ask to look at resume. We ended up talking about travels and life experiences.
