I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Eva Garland Consulting
Interview
Spent about 3 months interviewing. I first had a phone call after applying. Then I was given a writing assignment where I had to write a mock pitch. Next, I had an online meeting with a team lead in the Irvine area. Then I had an online meeting with another scientific consultant from NC. Then I was asked to drive down to the Irvine location and have an online meeting with the director and to give an online presentation to 3 other employees from NC. I was asked to lunch and then was not offered a job.
The employees seem to really love working there and constantly emphasize that it's a collaborative place to work. Most of the time spent on the interview was them telling me about the job and day-to-day life. Be prepared to ask them a lot of questions because a lot of the time they were asking me if I had any questions about the company.
