After completing the assignment and short interview, I did not receive a response from the company. They dont even respond to our emails. While I understand that not all candidates are shortlisted, I believe a simple notification to all applicants would be a respectful, as it provides closure and acknowledges the time and effort invested in the assignment.

The hr an the founder had message me they liked my profile just so lazy just shared a google doc I had gone through the system an it lacks like where I gave my exams those questions papers much better an this scripted papers. Lack of consistency.
