Was interviewed by three of their staff, they were all wonderful, friendly and very encouraging. I had prepped and was very familiar with the company and excited about the role, so I didn't find it a difficult process. In the end, there was another applicant with more experience but I received a phone call with feedback which confirmed that my application was strong. You win some, you lose some.
