Face to face interview and technical questions, no written exams. I was been interviewed with 2 seniors. The process took me about 30 mins. I was asked about SEO and its fundamentals. I successfully answered all questions. The work profile is to handle all the stuff of SEO off-page along with writing SEO articles every day to help their in-house project.
As a freelancer, I owe a couple of tech blogs, and they reviewed one of my blogs. The salary discussion part was a bit sketical though.
