RELAXED AND DIRECT. A group of panelist were involved Questions asked were directed towards testing the technical know-how on the field. The communication pattern is very open and comfortable. Also, the questions varied as we progressed into the interview, as it wasn't premeditated.

I applied online and was invited for interview within a week, it was a physical interview (before covid happened) with a 6 man panel. The interview had 2 stages infused into one. The first stage was about getting to know you as person, your communication and soft skills, while the 2nd stage was about the job/role proper and your career path.
