Wasn’t a comfortable experience- didn’t feel like a natural, welcoming conversation at all. Asked questions that aren’t relevant, like background of family education when applying for the position and whether you were the first to go to university in your family. Never seen that asked before.

Very long wait time and long interview process. The communication is missing from the HR Generalist and I had to follow up many times. Enough to lose interest and not be willing to take an offer. I think they miss out
