the interview itself is not difficult but i didn't imagine the questions were like that. it has nothing to do with the particular brand which you apply for but for the whole company. i didn't prepare enough.

How does your personal style reflect the image and culture of Estee Lauder Companies and how would you describe the brand or brands that you most identify with to a friend?
Online application then an in person group interview where we went to their head office to learn about their products and then to a store to demonstrate our knowledge and sell products to customers

Easy going and calm environment. Friendly interviewers. Training period was also easy. No problems. Everything was smooth and easy. Simple and easy questions, the interview and hiring process only took a week and I was trained very quickly.
The interview process was very informal due to covid protocol. I interviewed with the store's account executive over the phone, it was a very pleasant experience. I recieved a verbal offer over the phone that same day. Great company to work for.
