Interview
Mainly you need to go through a temp agency but luckily they are always hiring and almost every temp agency in West Des Moines can get you into Equifax. After that you just make sure you learn the proper procedures and make sure you are a good worker. If you are a proper temp you will be asked on full time.

Once you are trained in a queue they have you train with random people who might not always be correct in the training procedures so it's all a little chaotic to learn everything properly
