There was one interview. It was with the two directors of that branch of the company. It was low-key and pleasant. They asked great questions and really listened to the answers.

Question 1
One of the interviewers asked a metaphorical "if you were," question that was hard to answer; something akin to, "if you were an island, would you rather be heavily or sparsely populated and why?" I got the answer wrong, but they hired me, anyway, because they liked my explanation of my answer.

Interview
I was interview by a panel of people, who took turns asking questions, then the panel deliberated over the interviewees while we waited in a separate room. One member of the panel came to the room and asked for several interviewees to return into the conference room for a second interview.
