Originally met over the phone with someone named Natalie. Talked briefly on the phone and was asked to come in for an in person interview. Process was interesting. Met with two different groups of people. Definitely more on the informal side. Didn’t hear back from the hiring manager until about a year later when she realized she had accidentally never sent a follow up email.
