And I doubt if such companies are looking the ground reality & still living in their own fantasy world to find a low salary person knowing everything perfectly to clean their m*ss. Interviewers still look for some person who uses buzz words during the interviews & I believe that these people also don't know the proper meaning of these buzz words.
