I applied to the position online. I received a response from HR a week later to setup a time and date for a Microsoft Teams interview. The Teams interview was one hour long with an HR Rep and the Lead Microfabrication Engineer that I would be reporting to. The interview was very friendly and focused primarily on my previous lab and research experience.

Interview
Friendly, respectful, and technical. They explained the history and organization of the company. There was a tour of the lab. The questions were technical with respect to their RF Engineer needs.
