I has recruited on LinkedIn and the recruiter immediately noted that this process would be a little different than traditional processes. My initial interview would be with the CEO - the idea is that if he doesn't like me, then there would be no need to proceed further.
After I interviewed with the CEO and he wanted to move forward, he set up a 3.5 hour block of interviews for 2 weeks later.
The 3.5 hour block of interviews consisted of:
1) A technical interview (general technical skills and basic SQL knowledge)
2) 1 peer interview
3) 1 direct manager interview
4) 2 practice manager interviews
5) A follow up interview with the CEO
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All of their questions were behavioral based. How do I collaborate and communicate with peers? How do I manage client expectations? How do I define scope for feasible deliverables.
I appreciate the opportunity to interview for the position. The conversation was engaging, and I enjoyed discussing how my skills align with the team’s goals. I’m excited about the potential to contribute and look forward to hearing back!

Question 1
Tell me about some of the things that made you interested in this field.
I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enforce (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
On campus interview first round. Second round in Dallas. Consisted of peer interview, excel and SQL aptitude test, and a very basic case study. Much easier case than big 4 companies give.
