Positive environment with good interview process, good questions asked and good description of job being offered provided also, overall Great interview with interviewers who were polite and created a calm environment overall
Long interview process compared to other apprentice roles, included tests testing cognitive ability. Two individuals conducting the interview asked about personal life and family occupations. Questions of health and safety throughout the interview and past experience with health and safety
