The interview process consisted of a meeting between myself, the director of business development, and several other engineers who work for the company. I had met with the engineers separately, and each had asked different questions surveying my technical skills along with interpersonal skills. I had also met with one of the partners of the company.
After having received a job offer from this company, the company then retracted the offer before the agreed upon response date, and after I had already declined a job offer from a different company.
The job offer was sent with full knowledge of my qualifications. The job offer was retracted after the person I had been in contact with did not respond to a few follow up questions that I had asked (a reasonable negotiation, 401K, on-boarding process, etc.).
I hope that this company does not treat anyone else the way that they treated me (lack of loyalty, trust, and communication), and I warn anyone interviewing to take caution after having received a job offer, or considering to accept an offer.
