Encode Club interview questions

4 stages, first with CEO, second with Head of Research, Case Study and final in-person interview? Case study was to be completed on Notion and they said would take 3h but was closer to 30

First interview went well, lovely member of the team. Second interview with CEO made me withdraw my application. The CEO demonstrated poor leadership by repeatedly asking the same questions in different wording, failing to listen actively, and assuming others were wrong—only to restate their points as if they were correct. Their lack of preparation and failure to ask insightful questions resulted in a poorly run interview, showing a lack of engagement and professionalism.
