Encinitas Country Day School interview questions

The interview process began with a phone interview. She asked questions about my experience, how I worked with others, training programs I completed, my expertise, my areas of opportunity. The next step was to meet with head of school one on one in person. This interview was great. I really liked her. Very easy to talk to. I also met some parents who asked questions about homework, general philosophy, etc. Toured the beautiful campus. Learned about the history, how it was opened, the beautify of the location, etc. Was told I would be given great resources to set up my room and students.
