Interview
Interview process was well structured, expectations were clearly communicated, and staff were friendly. All communication both verbal and in person was promptly followed up with written comms. Started with screening call, then a brief phone interview, then an in person group interview. Large group of interviewees, with a decent sized staff there. Fairly casual, activities/ games were played to assess logic, leadership, communication, confidence and overall likability.

Explain the difference between a feature versus a benefit.
The interview process went quite well; the recruiters asked great questions. There was a practical assessment provided by the hiring managers to assist with understanding what the role would entail and whether there was a suitability of the role for the interviewee.

Interview
Very smooth and easy process, the team worked fast and very adaptable and understanding, they worked around my schedule and offered after hours interview. I was still employed at the time of my interview and had received another offer which I felt bad about rejecting and the team was very supportive and offered me guidance on how to politely reject the offer.
