The interview process went quite well; the recruiters asked great questions. There was a practical assessment provided by the hiring managers to assist with understanding what the role would entail and whether there was a suitability of the role for the interviewee.

This was a rather long process starting with an initial call, a written task, a panel interview, and then another phone interview. This was finally followed up by a phone call to say I didn't get the job.
