Applied for this position through LinkedIn and about a week later got a call from the HR person doing a quick screen interview which was easy. Then she set up an in-person interview for the next day. I thought I would be interviewing alone but I ended up interviewing with 2 other candidates. The interviewer asked us questions individually and the rest of us would just have to sit there and listen to them talk. After each of us went the interviewer explained the company and the different phases we would go through. Basically you do a lot of training to sell products/services door to door. Then you'll end up training/managing new employees and conducting HR interviews which is not what the marketing job description on LinkedIn entailed. COVID safety precautions: When I arrived at the location there were already 4 people waiting to be interviewed and many came and went. They did take my temperature and required wearing a mask but having that many people in the waiting room made me very uneasy. Not to mention there were 4 people in a tiny office and no hand sanitizer offered.
