Ema (CA) interview questions

Reached out multiple times via different HR. Ghosted multiple times after initial process like after short listing the profile. One they scheduled the interview and after the interview they gave feedback that they are looking for junior engineer. Why waste everyones time, my resume clearly state my experience.
