Elmo Motion Control interview questions

One of the least welcoming interviews I ever had. Beside some not critical logistic welcoming issues, the interviewer (team leader) was incredibly apathetic. He barely described the company and the position and quickly moved to asking of my experience, with minimal follow up questions. I tried to stay engaged, and he moved to technical questions - wrote them on the white board with his phone number and asked to call him when I'm done or need something. 20m later I tried to call him - no answer and he wasnt at his desk. when he came back he reviewed my answers on paper with minimal conversation, asked me to fix and went out again. it happened twice more, with him almost rolling his eyes with impatience each time I called him (I solved both question correctly after fixing my bugs). Worst was that after that he was like "OK". didnt explain whats ahead, didnt ask if I want to say/ask something or even wished me good luck. The feeling was he didnt want to be there. had to prompt him to get that info (though I already decided I dont want to work there).

In total there we 4 interviews with different hierarchy. Starting with one first introduction with a recruiter, then the direct boss the boss of the boss and the boss of the Bosses Boss. Afterwards with human resources to get an offer.
