It was straight, simple and no so complicated. The feedback was given immediately. It was simple. No technical questions were asked. It was a casual discussion. More was spoke about interests , hobbies views. Scenarios that were faced in the past etc

Interview was taken by the client where I am working as a sub contractor.
The intermediate company did took the interview and was good.
technology based questions. it was a phone in interview. then HR discussion with the company where it was almost like a bargain.
Hiring process is a bit lengthy and got the VISA one day and had to travel the same day.
No clear process on documentation and VISA processing
