Elite Technocrats interview questions

Disorganized Recruitment Process I recently interviewed for a Python Developer role at this company. However, upon arrival, I was informed that they only had a Data Analytics position available. Despite the discrepancy, I decided to proceed with the interview process. The technical round involved answering 8 coding questions, of which only 2 were reviewed before the interviewer moved on to ask additional questions. Following this, I was tasked with creating APIs in Django, which I completed. After spending 5-6 hours there, I was told by HR that they would inform me of the decision later as there were other candidates. Throughout this process, I attempted to contact HR multiple times without receiving any response. The entire experience left me feeling that the company’s recruitment process is poorly managed and lacks clear communication.
