I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2022
Interview
Reached out by a scientist on the manufacturing team to schedule an interview, scheduled an interview within the following days. Offer extended 2 weeks post interview. Interview was done over Zoom. STAR based responses required for simplicity/consistency.
