I was interviewed by the MD Singapore for the first round, COO and Tech lead for the second round and CEO in London for the third round. The interview process was fast. It only took 1 week for the three rounds to be completed and they offered me immediately after the third interview with the CEO. MD in Singapore was very supportive in the hiring process which was seamless and professional. I felt very welcomed throughout the entire process. Not only was he very knowledgeable and experienced, but he was also incredibly kind and approachable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I felt comfortable discussing any concerns I had. Moreover, all the interviewers' passion for the company's mission and values was palpable. It was clear that they invested in the success of the company and demonstrated a genuine desire to help me succeed in my role.
