Interview with HR was quite straightforward. The second interview was with team with supervisors. I followed up to ask about the 3rd interview but unfortunately I was ghosted. I followed up and asked about the reason of rejection but they did not get back to me. Problem of this is team in Canada determined candidate's background which was not normal in the US. They are not so open for people have enough related experiences.

Their questions are straight forward. However, what they wanted did not meet my past experiences. Too many past job experiences that only few people have are required even if that was possible to learn.
