First a phone screen, then an interview on site. A senior modeler and World Art Lead came in and interviewed me, then the HR rep concluded it. The interview was around 30-40 minutes, and they were friendly.

Interview
They asked about past experiences, 3D package knowledge, were I see myself in 5 years and then gave me a test. The entire process was quite streamlined and easy to get through.
