And I answered as far as you know what you're doing because Interviews are not meant to be easy

I was called for an interviewed and they offered a sum. I was shocked at the money offered compared to what the economic reality is. They should do better in compensation.
Very bad company. Response time to candidates over than 2 months. Applied for a carpenter role they wrote urgent but neither replied to my calls or emails. Fortunately I met some of their staff online who shared about their daily struggles with accomodations.
