Interview
I was referred by an FA at Edward Jones. Got a link to apply online. Within a week, received the link to complete an video interview. I got it on Friday, and I had 48-72 hours to complete it. It was uncomfortable. I definitely preferred a in-person or phone interview. There were 5 questions. The first one you get multiple times to re-record it. The rest of them you will get 3 chance to record it. One question you have to type your answer.
I just submitted the video interview. I have not got an offer yet.

Question 1
Questions are:
1. Please take a moment to provide an introduction focused on your career including one professional accomplishment.
2.Based on your understanding of the role, what sparked your interest in this position?
3. Share a time when you helped a client with challenging need or complex situation. What were the details of the situation, the action you took and the outcome.
4. Describe a time you made a mistake at work. What di you do to correct it and reduce the likelihood of it happening again.
5. Tell me a time when you have an idea to help yourself, your team or your department improve performance. What were the details. How did you advocate for the change and what was the outcome.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
