Interview
Has a lot of steps to the process but it is a relatively simple process. I applied and then got a call from Home Office to set up an interview with them. After that I got a call from the Financial Advisor to set up an interview with him. After that I took an assessment that dealt with customer service questions.

Question 1
When is a time you had an upset client and how did you handle it?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
