Phone interview went well a serious of questions of "Tell me a time when". I was told i did wonderful and would refer to me to Face to Face interview with the financial advisor.Face to face interview with the financial advisor was the same types of questions, was told would take a couple of weeks or month- never heard back.

Question 1
A time when you had to deal with conflict with your coworker.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
