Hiring process was very in-depth and took quite a while. You have to fill out a lengthy application and give very detailed information about personal financials, past bankruptcies, etc. If you have outside employment (which I do) you have to supply tax records, and give detailed information about your other employment. They are very particular with who they hire, which is understandable given the type of work you are doing with people's money.
I had one interview with the FA at the branch location. The interview included fairly standard questions for an administrator role including customer service questions, office administration and time management questions.

There interview was a straightforward process to become an On call BOA. You are required to complete a few applications and a background check and drug test as well. The process lasted about 1-2 months before being hired.
