Interview
Long. Took weeks. Interview on phone, interview in person, multiple forms, and questionnaires to fill out. Was sent a questionnaire that said it was the final step in the hiring process. It was easy, and I figured I got the job since it was "the final step". Wait a few more weeks then get the robo letter. No feedback. Crappy pay and benefits. Not worth the time and effort.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
