Interview
Start off with applying then a talent acquisition specialist calls to do an initial phone screening. From there you decide where you would like to interview in person. There are tons of locations so finding one is not a problem. From there you do the background check/credit checks. After these are complete you would move to a day in the life and then receive an offer. 10 steps in this process total.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
10 step progressive process teaching you about the role and orienting you every step of the way ending with a realistic immersive simulation. Extraordinary emphasis on culture and community that is very appealing.
