It was long, I was living in Chicago at the time and had to drive to St. Louis 3 times for interviews. I met with 8 people total, too. I suppose it's a good thing they want to culturally vet all their applicants, but it seems like overkill. That said, everyone was very nice and even though conversations had a serious tone, I was never uncomfortable or nervous.
