Interview
My interview at an engineering firm started poorly when my interviewer arrived a few minutes late. The interesting blow came when we discussed salary; the range I requested was higher than they were willing to pay. The interview concluded hastily, leaving me feeling deflated and ultimately receiving a generic rejection email without feedback. Despite the setback, I used the experience as a learning opportunity and soon secured a better position elsewhere.

Interview
The interview was smoothly done.
The panel was made up of one female and two males.
One thing I realized was that the female panelist was straight forward and honest and understanding of me and my needs as a woman and it made the whole process enjoyable.
