Interview
Single informal meeting with a senior manager. Introduced to other senior management that was available. Asked about industry knowledge and past customer relationships. Questions about how you handled conflicts in previous positions. Once the interview was completed they let you know how the process worked, what they expected and if you had any questions.

Asked to review past and current employment with reasons for leaving. Interview was definitely more about determining if you were a positive person that would fit into their culture.
