Interview
The interview process for Eddie Bauer is very thorough in nature. Especially compared to some other retailers. They are looking for people that are good sellers and can bring the dynamic of in the moment coaching to their teams. You do some competency base questions and then you will go to the sales floor for a sales floor exercise.
Very casual., and easy conversations. Interviewed with SM . Then 2nd interview with DM. I was asked ordinary retail and management types of questions. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Full explanation of benefits and position responsibilities were given during the interview. The position was offered to me within a week of the 2nd interview.
