About an hour long. Why Eddie Bauer, difficult customer and how you handled it, how do you sell. Do not overdress> Visit the store and see what the staff is wearing, then go one step up.

Interview
I had to fill out a application as well as bring a copy of my resume. I had a face to face interview with the store manager (about an hour) and about a week later I had a phone interview with the district manager (about 45 mins). Pretty straight forward, I thought it was a smooth process.
