EdSights interview questions

Everyone was very friendly. I was very excited to get a chance to bring my skills to the company. The first round was more of an introduction. The 2nd round was a panel interview.

The process was smooth, clear, and refreshing compared to other tech interviews I’ve done. Moved quite quickly once they reached out. Started with a quick video recording screening call, then 30 min interview w the VP of sales, then moved to a panel round with two team members that included a mock cold call and short email writing exercise. Final round was with one of the co-founders — more of a values fit convo than a pressure test. Everyone I talked to was sharp and down to earth. They moved quickly, gave helpful feedback, and made the whole thing feel like a conversation, not a corporate interrogation.
