It was a 2 stage interview. I had a phone interview with Prad, and went in for in-person with Prad. after my interview with Prad, I then later went on to interview interview with the plant manager. I got the offer letter right on the spot and i was ashed to take a few days to think over before accepting. The whole process took less two weeks.
