The interview process started out very smooth and then it all went sideways. Initially they conacted me properly and had a smooth process. But then they had a second round where i was called to the office for a "half day" to get hands on work experience. This was a lie, they called me, made me wait for multiple hours and spoke about the company hyping it up. Finally after 4-5 hours it tuned out it was not a marketing job (which they advertised) it was sales, there was no monthly salary (which they advertised) but rather a weekly basis of renumeration where "you work hard you get paid well" type of model. Very suspicious would not reccomend this to anyone.

1st an online interview then an offline one which is a group discussion. They will elaborate on how great they are as a company and how you can earn so much and offer lunch and everything to lure you but no proper HR discussion or prope disclosure of the job just glorification of the role and company. The role comes with commission based salary not fixed and you will need to be on field everytime.
