They asked me what pay I would like then said they only pay minimum wage. They asked about your people skills because you’re always greeting customers. But I didn’t get many hours.

Made sure I could hold a conversation with customers and was smart enough to follow the store's organization system. Signed the forms, started next week. Talked with a couple managers and current employees. They did a background check.
