Meet with a Asian guy and his group they went over what the company was all about told me about the executive chef background along with the two Asian guys which one was in the meeting then they asked about me and my experience told me to explain my skills asked about my learning ability then had me to do a hands on cooking test, to determine if I was a good fit and able to learn the fusion skills quickly.
