Fair and Clear, I was interviewed via video call on two occasions both co founders of the company. They asked about my work experience and my competency regarding certain tasks, both founder handled a different aspect of the business so they posed different questions.

Interview
I was told that the interview process would be 7 rounds in total, consisting of a take-home interview, a few half-hour one-on-ones, a panel interview and then a couple of final one-on-ones with top leadership.
The interview process was very laidback. They make sure your experience makes you a qualified candidate, but they also want to get to know you as a person. Their company culture is chill, so I think they value that potential employees bring in similar attitudes and interests.
