Interview
The first stage you will doing an assessment. Then if you passed, they will invite you to user interview. It was good the user are very kind and humble. They will asked you basic question of audit and also simple of HR Question.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
