I started off as an intern to begin with. Before the actual interview, there was a thorough and lengthy application process which asked a multitude of questions. The overall process was average, with multiple employees that holds different compacity. Each interview took about 30 minutes with each employee. The turnaround time to know if I passes the interview stage was really quick. I would say about 2 weeks and everything after that was well handled. Communication was excellent

Good, Smooth. Final Interview had was behavioural mostly, with regular motivation questions. Interviewer had no previous knowledge of other performances before or even looked at CV. Very relaxed environment, smooth process
