Eerst CV en motivatiebrief doorgemaild. Vervolgens opgebeld om online testen af te nemen (numeriek en verbaal vermogen). Eén week gewacht om dan antwoord te krijgen dat deze positief waren. Daarna uitgenodigd op gesprek met HR in het kantoor.

Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.
